The regional library is governed by a board of trustees composed of three members from Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s counties. These members are selected by the Board of Trustees for Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s counties. One member from each county may also be a community member who is not a member of the Board of Trustees for their county library system.
